Cancellation Policy
The renter agrees that if the reservation is cancelled before the final payment is due which is 45 days before the day of arrival that 10% of the total booking will be forfeited and the refund will be returned within 30 days.

The renter agrees that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival there is no refund.

The renter agrees that if the reservation is scheduled during a major holiday, New Years, Christmas and Thanksgiving, there will be no refund when the reservation is cancelled.

50% of the total rental is due at the time of booking.
The remaining amount is due 45 days before arrival.

We accept all major credit cards.

A major credit card or a check of $500 is required on all reservations as a security deposit.
